The Inside Foil Technology increases acceleration through turns and allows for a shorter turning arc. If you want to lighten up the tail of your board, this is the fin for you. It's made from the lightest fin material available - an ultra light epoxy. Ultra-Light Epoxy was developed by FCS to create the lightest possible fin with enhanced mechanical flex properties, while ensuring strength and foil accuracy. The flex pattern is slightly softer that the Glass Flex adding even greater response. By minimizing weight without sacrificing response of flex and strength, Ultra-Light Epoxy is the lead construction process and delivers the ultimate in performance. The FG3 fins feel very smooth in the way they create speed and allow your board to turn easily while maintaining drive. The added toe-in angle is utilized to allow the inside foiled fin to operate more efficiently meaning more speed and greater control. Surfers that prefer a looser freer fin, the FG series of fins gives your board a lot of drive off the bottom, release off the top and maneuverability in the pocket. Making them a great choice for spots that demand this style of surfing, while the ultra lightweight nature of the fins lend themselves to high performance based surfing as well. This fin will work well for surfers who like the M-3, G-3000, or if you weigh from 90-140 pounds.
