Longboard Side Why are the two wheels on the right side of my longboard acting up?
Okay so I was out longboarding today as usual and I noticed my top right wheel was squeaking. So, I went home and oiled all the bearings.
(this is the right side on the bottom of the deck (the side with the design))
Well, the wheels on the right side do not spin nearly as long as the ones on the left. The left wheels spin from around 15 to 21 seconds, while the ones on the right barely spin for 2 seconds.
It might have something to with where I put most of my weight because I do ride regular.
Should I just loosen them? Or is this a bigger problem?
P.S. idk what category to put this in. So general is gonna have to work.
Make sure there is a bitof play in the wheels. Loosen up the axle nuts if necessary.
There might be some lube between the bearing and the wheels causing the bearings to slide out. Clean the outside of the bearings and the inside of the wheels.
Make sure bearings are correctly seated and you are using speed rings (washers)
Clean and re-lube the bearings. Longboarding is hard on bearings.
Discard spacers
Try flipping the wheels on the right to the left. If problem persists, then ypu might have axle slip. Check with truck manufacturer if it is a warranty issue.

The sharp end is the back. The actual name of the board on the site you quoted is "Airwalk Nose Ride Pintail Longboard". You can look at your own link and see that the back of the board is shaped as a pintail. Here's another link to let you see what all the surfboard tail shapes look like.
I do think it's strange though to have the front of the board shaped as a swallow tail. The fact that you're not using the tail to cut into a wave I imagine you could ride the board with either end as the front. Whatever you like best is the end to call the front.
