is there a california highway law for lying luggage to the roof of your car?
I'm moving up to college and all the stuff doesnt fit in the car and i was wondering if anyone knows if theres a law against tying one or two suitcases to the roof of your car?
As long as they are "properly secured" you'll be fine; but that means "PROPERLY SECURED", if one of them fall and someone get injured you'll face all kind of legal problem including criminal charges.

Small Car Trailer Lightweight Cargo Trailers
We have about 4 hours to kill before my flight, what could we do till then?
We will be with all of our luggages and with no car. Also, what romantic inexpensive things could we do in Waikiki in the afternoon. I seen all the reviews for the dinner cruises and ther all say that it's not worth it, so what else could we do instead?
When we were in Hawaii we had to check out of our hotel at ten in the morning but our flight was not until midnight; our hotel kept our bags for us. We had a car so we went and did a tour of the Iolani Palace, and ate a nice lunch by this time it was mid-afternoon. We went to Waikiki Beach and took one last stroll down the beach watched the sunset, then went and watched the hula show on the beach for awhile. After that we went and got our luggage and headed to the airport. You can find all kinds of things to do that day.
