D.I.Y. skimboard/surf traction pad?
i know this sound ridiculous but i really wanna know is it possible?
Problem: in my town, no one into this kind of sport. And most of them don't even know what is skimboard. So, means that there is no way for me to buy the equipments. I know i can order it online, but i don't have much money to do so. Thats another problem. So, any idea? hehehe

poorly made SkimBoarding Equipment?
Skim boarding isnt the most popular of ocean related sports but alot of people try it and quit because they get poorly made skim boards I have been skim boarding for a while and ive seen Wooden skim boards that dont do very well they are cheap so many people buy them but they dont go very far or fast and sometimes they just dig into the mud. Ive seen very few fiberglass skim boards and the fiberglass ones go faster and fearther why would you buy a poorly made wooden on rather than a quality Fiberglass one
Wooden Skimboard=$50-150
Fiberglass skimboard=$150-350
most people dont stick to skimboarding, its kinda a thing people do when they go to the beach like a couple times a year...i started on a pretty crappy skimboard and when i felt that i liked it enough to do it often i bought a good one
