Mostly just because you said they are getting really strict with dress code. I wouldn't take a chance. BUT... it's the last day... so maybe it doesn't matter. I've always heard people say "If you have to wonder whether or not what you're wearing is appropriate... then it probably isn't". But I do like the shorts! Do what you want. I'd probably just take the risk and do it since it's the last day. Honestly, I think a teacher or someone will probably come up and talk to you.
