Surfboard CArtoon

Title of an early 80s cartoon show?
Does anyone else remember a Saturday morning cartoon show that was on in the early eighties that featured a team of superhero teens? One had a flying surfboard and one had boots that could make him very tall. That's all I remember. Although the show was a cartoon, it also featured a short bumper at the end in which live actors portraying the characters would talk about the events of the episode they were just in. Does anyone know the name of this show?
Might be Hero High. Might not.
