Surfer Wax Beach
Is it weird for a girl to wear swimming trunks?
When I go swimming, I always wear a bikini top and boy's swimming trunks- not a bikini bottom or some cute little "short-shorts". I mean, I'm a tomboy, and I've always done this. I'm neither gay nor overweight- I mean, female surfers wear the same thing! For some reason it just feels kinda weird... being on a beach with strangers around you... in your underpants. The bikini top part doesn't seem that weird to me, but I like wearing trunks. Plus you don't get a wedgie or have to get a bikini wax, and it's just more my style, because I've very athletic and flaunting my butt seems obnoxious to me. My one friend thinks it's weird, though.
Be honest- is this totally weird?
No, it suits your personality and is what you are most comfortable in. Why would you wear something you aren't comfortable in? If you wore a bikini and felt self conscious, you wouldn't feel confident and in result wouldn't look good.

Surfing is the ultimate water sport. All you need is yourself, a good surfboard and some killer waves. But the question is where will you get your surfing supplies? A surf shop is place that exclusively sells surfing paraphernalia. A good surf shop would have everything a beach bum needs. Surfboards, board wax and sun block are a few things these shops sell. With the help of surf shops, surfing can be promoted anywhere, even the confines of an uptight and busy city. People will be swayed to go to the beach when they see how fun the surfing lifestyle is.
