Have you considered the Nissan Versa ... it has more horsepower and torque than the Fit or Yaris and is roomier inside for a six-footer-plus ... the Versa has larger wheels , tires , and brake discs and it comes with more standard safety equipment (side curtain air bags and tire pressure monitors for instance ) , more available equipment ( Bluetooth wireless for example , not even available on the other two ) , and is available with a 6-speed manual ( only 5-speed on the others ) or a CVT Automatic ( not available on the others ) ... it's about a grand more than the Yaris ( more than made up for with standard equipment ) and $1300 less than the Fit which has much less equipment ... frankly I'm surprised you didn't check the Versa if you even considered the Aveo again ...
